


100 g flour
70 g sugar
50 g soft butter
1 / 2 cup milk
1 whole egg
1 pinch of salt
1 / 2 packet of yeast
bitter orange marmalade
mold nr.8 tulips
Venchi Cuor di Cacao dark chocolate 75%

Mix together flour, sugar, softened butter, milk and egg. Add a
pinch of salt and the baking powder.
Before distributing the dough, sprinkle the molds with bread
crumbs.
Spilled the dough, add 1 teaspoon of jam for each tulip and bake
for about 20/25 minutes at 180 ° C.
When
cooked, allow to cool for about ten minutes and decorate with the melted dark chocolate.
