200 g Venchi 56% dark chocolate or Cuor di Latte Milk Chocolate
250 ml sweetened whipping cream
2 egg yolks
3 egg whites
2 tablespoons sugar
Melt the chocolate in a bain marie and add half cup of cream. Whip the cream and put it in the refrigerator, Whisk the egg whites and place in refrigerator, whisk the two egg yolks with the sugar. When the chocolate has melted add the egg yolks, the egg whites and the cream.
Mix well and fill the cups. Let them in the fridge for a
couple of hours.
