Chocolate and Chestnuts Crèpes

Ingredienti

5 cl milk
5 cl milk cream
100 g Venchi 56% dark chocolate
300 g Venchi chestnut cream
1 little spoon of olive oil
Icing sugar

For the batter
2 eggs
100 g flour
Salt
Oil
25 cl milk
30 g butter
Water

Procedimento

Prepare the batter
In a bowl put the flour, the eggs and the milk and blend until smooth. Melt the butter in a double boiler and add it to the batter. Add a bit of salt and blend the mixture for few minutes. Set aside to rest for about one hour.
Melt the chocolate with the milk and the cream in a double

boiler till it becomes smooth.
Pour a spoon of oil and a ladle of batter in the pan.
Turn the crepe as soon as it starts sticking on the pan.
Spread the chestnut cream in the center and fold the crepe in 4
Put it on a plate, sprinkle it with icing sugar and decorate with hot chocolate.
