The entire range of Venchi production is based on rationalization and improvement of traditional recipes in line with the changing tastes of the market. This includes a careful selection of ingredients and the constant control of raw materials. Many of our chocolate products (slabs, pralines, ingots...) are still hand made.

Ricette Italiane

Our confectionery is based on Italian recipes with the use of hazelnuts and almonds pastes instead of cream and butter fillings typical of the Swiss/Belgian/French traditions. This is lighter and healthier.

We have deep roots in the Piedmont region and its tradition: products such as the giandujas are produced today with the same 100 year-old recipes.

Venchi’s product range is very wide. Though as maitres chocolatiers the Company specialises in dark chocolate and Gianduja, Venchi produces over 350 different products to suit all preferences.

Gelato, È buono... veramente buono!

All our Gelato is produced using only natural ingredients (milk, cream, fruit and fiber) and differs from ice-cream because, but not solely, it is very lower fat content. It must be tried to be appreciated!

It’s fresh and artisanal because it is made on site, in our specially developed laboratories. You cannot miss our chocolate flavours: dark 56%, cuor di cacao 75%, gianduja, milk chocolate and much more! We regularly change the Gelato menu to meet the seasons, or just to try something new! Natural flavours and tastes are purer, stronger, more real... and ultimately it is good... so good!

Chocolight: can gluttony and health coexist?

One would definitely say no: whatever food gratifies the senses, we almost immediately discover that, although it won’t be really harmful to our health, we most certainly will be eating it whilst worrying about our figure, glycaemia or some kind of intolerance.

The objective of Venchi’s research has been to create a healthy but not frustrating product, a product that doesn’t taste of “renunciation” but that indulgingly gratifies and satisfies the palate.
